What is free, and what is not
A basic listing on TrueDirectory is free and always has been. You do not need to buy anything on this page to appear on the site, and nothing here changes where you appear.
We sell exactly one thing: advertising space that sits outside every ranking and is labelled Sponsored wherever it appears. We do not sell position, we do not sell the Verified mark, we do not sell the removal of a competitor, and we do not sell a rewrite of what a guide says about you. That is set out in full in our terms.

Tax
TrueDirectory is a sole proprietorship that is not currently registered under GST, so no GST is charged on the rates above and none is shown on your invoice. The price you see is the price you pay. If we cross the registration threshold this page and our invoices will be updated before any tax is charged to you.
How to pay
We take payment by direct bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS) or by UPI. When you order, we email you an invoice with our bank and UPI details, and your service is scheduled once the payment reaches our account. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference so we can match it to your order. Only pay to the details on our invoice — if anyone sends you different details, call us on +91 97738 21756 before paying. We never ask for your card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords — see our privacy policy for exactly what we do and do not hold.
There is no automatic recurring charge on any product. Monthly sponsorships are invoiced each month and you pay each invoice, so a renewal can never be taken from your account without you acting.
Before you buy
Read the two policies that govern these purchases — refunds and cancellations and service delivery. The short version: you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, after that with 30 days' notice, and any day we were paid for but did not run your banner is refunded pro-rata.
Prices change
The rates on this page apply to new orders placed on or after the date at the top. If you are mid-way through a sponsorship, your agreed rate holds until it ends — we do not raise a price you are already paying.
